All young Jedi's between the ages of 4 and 12 are invited to join us in our journey to find the other half of the Bible and spread the Good Word. This adventure starts on August 15 and ends on August 18. All Jedi's should report for duty at 6 pm and will be dismissed at 8:30 pm. The cost of this journey is $10 and a promise to help us defeat Darth Hater, get the second half of the Bible back, and help spread the Good Word.
Long ago there was an epic battle over the last published Bible known
to exist. With the Christian force defending, the evil Empire sought
out to destroy every copy known in the galaxy. In a personal battle
between good and evil, the last Bible was cut in half. Darth Hater
retrieved one half, pastor Euodia, the other. The Empire seeks to find
the other half in order to destroy them both while the Christians seek
to find the other in order to reunite the two parts and continue to
spreading the Good Word.
Duke has no knowledge of his fathers whereabouts nor status in the planetary system. The fact he has a twin sister who is a missionary on a mission to save their father from the Dark Side of Sin has also remained hidden from him. Uncle Al tries to direct his nephew, Duke Skyliner, into remaining faithful to God by at least attending the Temple when he goes back to the academy. Duke is still unsure about all this Faith, Temple and Christianity stuff he has been taught about.
When Duke finally makes his decision to leave, Uncle Al tells him there is a close friend of his, Obi "One God" Kenobi, that he can contact for any help or assistance. Duke is passively grateful and really doesn’t care to be bothered with Obi...Duke thinks he can make it just fine with his friends back at the academy. Duke makes that risky decision to separate from his uncle’s care while taking 3D-YO and pretty much runs away from home to pursue his life only to find trouble from some thugs. It's during this tragic moment in which Duke realizes he needs help from Obi who coincidentally makes an appearance.
Obi travels with Duke and 3D to a party and is soon introduced to his best friend and space pilot, Shawn Solo and Chew-Wacca. Obi carries on what Uncle Al was striving to do, direct Duke into finding and awakening his spirit to Gods call in his life. To reunite with his twin sister whom he has yet to realize. To reach out and be a witness to his best friend, Shawn, who also is very skeptical about the Faith. To save his backslidden father from the dark side and free him from the Emperor, Darth Satan.
It's not as easy as it looks as this small band finds themselves in a cross fire with Troopers, light saber battles and rescuing the Princess. Will Duke allow the Spirit of God awaken within him so that he can be used of God to save the last Bible and save his family or will the Dark Side of Sin prevail?
