This chapter has explained to me very clearly why people worship the creation rather than the creator. It always troubled me on why people choose second best when they give glory to the creation. My frustration with my friends and family who practice such foolishness has now become a burden to pray that God takes away the veil that clouds their understanding of such important issues. Looking beyond the shadows is a gift of grace to the human race. We as true believers almost take this for granted. This wrong thinking just added to my frustration with people who reject the gospel. Now I ask God to open the eyes of understanding to the hearers of His truth so that they may believe the truth and be saved.
